2. Description of Service

UFlow is an AI-powered platform that generates professional radio advertisements. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create scripts, synthesize voice recordings, and produce broadcast-ready audio content based on user inputs and uploaded materials.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

UFlow offers various subscription tiers:

• Starter (Free Tier): Limited minutes of generation with basic features
• Creator: Monthly subscription with enhanced features and generation limits
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any automated or bulk generation without authorization
• Resell or redistribute generated content without proper licensing

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Content You Provide: You retain all rights to the content you upload or provide to the Service. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: You own the rights to the radio advertisements generated by the Service based on your inputs. However, the underlying AI models, technology, and platform remain the property of Umbizo Ltd.

Service Content: All content included in the Service (excluding user-generated content) is the property of Umbizo Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has specific usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or temporary service restrictions. We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies to ensure quality service for all users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umbizo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
